Is there a computer on site?

Yes, each of our properties has a PC.

Is there a grill?

Yes, there is a grill at each property.

Is it kid friendly?

Inside and out! You can sit and watch a movie or show on Netflix or play some board/card games. On the outside we have a wide selection of pool toys, balls, pool noodles. Each property has things for the kids to enjoy.

What if I need to mail something to myself while I am on Captiva, or before I arrive?

 if you expect a delivery via postal service, send to General Delivery, Captiva, Fl. 33924;

if you expect overnight during your stay(UPS or Fedex) send directly to the property's physical address.

Can I hire a fishing guide?

Of course, there are quite a few to choose from.

What is the weather like during the time frame I will be staying?

Can I rent bicycles?

Yes! There are several options:

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy: Our Captiva, LLC has a 15% cancellation fee based on the total reservation value provided the Tenant gives 90 days minimum notice. Otherwise, no refund will be made unless and until a satisfactory replacement tenant is found. In the event a replacement tenant is found, the refund will be equal to 85% of the net replacement rent (total rent minus any agent commissions which might have been paid).

Does someone in your office speak Spanish?

Yes, we have several Spanish speaking associates at Our Captiva, LLC.

Bali Hi

Is there a computer on site?

Yes, the PC is located in the office nook as well as a printer

Is there a grill?

Yes, there is a full size propane grill with all the utensils included to have an amazing cookout overseeing the beach and playground area.

Is it kid friendly?

Inside and out! You can sit and watch a movie or show on Netflix or play some board/card games. On the outside we have a wide selection of pool toys, balls, pool noodles. We have a full size volleyball net, playground with slides and swings and a life size chess board.

What if I was hoping to catch the big football game while I am there?

Our Bali Hi is equipped with cable TV and Netflix as well. Let us know if there is a specific channel or package you desire, and if we don’t have it, we can add it during your stay for a nominal fee.

Is there WiFi at Bali Hi?

There sure is! The pass code is provided on your arrival info that comes to you 2 weeks prior to your check in date.

How many people can sleep in Bali Hi?

Bali Hi sleeps up to 21 people. The main house sleeps up to 13 people; the optional guest house sleeps up to 8.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately not, however we do have another property on Captiva that is pet friendly. Our Coquina Cottage may be available during the time of your interest.

Is there a landline, in case I don’t get good cell phone coverage?

Yes, and you have free local and long distance calling included in your rental.

Do you require a security deposit?

Only for events such as weddings there is a fully refundable security deposit of $5,000 required. Otherwise, for vacation stays there is a $99 non-refundable Damage Waiver included in your rate.

Do you allow for early check-ins or late check-outs?

Generally NO. The cleaners need time to prepare the property properly and this is difficult without adequate time. If we do not have a check out earlier in the day and the property is clean and ready for your arrival, we may allow early arrival with pre-arranged permission.

What linens are provided?

All household linens are included with the rental of Bali Hi: there are towels, hand towels, kitchen towels, wash clothes, bedding, etc.

What beach items are provided?

We provide beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas.

Coquina Cottage

Are the amenities specific to one suite?

No, if you decide for one or both suites the elevated spa, hammocks, and beach toys are included.  

If I only rent one suite will the other one be booked for the same dates?

The two available suites are rented separately with shared grounds and parking.  When renting one suite, the second suite can be rented at a discount for privacy.  Ask us!

What are the differences between the upstairs and downstairs suites?

The upstairs suite has a pc with wireless mouse and keyboard hooked up to the big HD TV.  It has the most beautiful unobstructed view of the Gulf, beach and gardens. It has higher ceilings, an additional 200 sq.ft. elevated deck and a small breakfast kitchen with a BBQ on the deck. The downstairs suite has a combo washer/dryer, a bigger kitchen, its own grill, and is wheelchair accessible.

How many people can sleep in Coquina Cottage?

Coquina Cottage can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids under 12 per suite. There is an upstairs and downstairs suite.

Do you allow pets?

Yes we are pet friendly. The pet fee is $100 per dog under 50lbs. or $150 for pets 50-100lbs.

Is there a landline, in case I don’t get good cell phone coverage?

Yes, and you have free local and long distance calling included in your rental.

Do you require a security deposit?

No, we have a built in damage waiver of $59 in lieu of a security deposit.

Do you allow for early check-ins or late check-outs?

Generally no, the cleaning staff need the allotted time to clean Coquina Cottage to our high standards.

Marina Villa

How many people can sleep in Marina Villa?

Up to 6, Marina Villa is a 2 bedroom unit. One Bedroom has a king size bed, the other has 2 twin size beds and there is also a pull out sofa in the living room.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately not, however we do have another property on Captiva that is pet friendly. Our Coquina Cottage may be available during the time of your interest.

Do you allow for early check-ins or late check-outs?

These are handled on an individual reservation basis.  If we do not have a check out earlier in the day and the Villa is clean and ready for your arrival, you may arrive early.  If we do not have another arrival after your departure and our cleaning staff is okay with a late check out, then we can accommodate a late check out.  Please contact our office to see about availability.

What amenities are included with this rental?

Please note, the rental rate for our privately owned condo is considerably lower than most South Seas Island Resort rates for the same time period, however, our Marina Villa #905 all inclusive and excellent pricing does NOT include the separate resort amenities package.

Even without South Seas special amenities package, there is still much to do at the beach and pool and throughout Captiva island. Our Marina Villa #905 is better equipped & more beautifully furnished than most other similar resort condos and has many unique aspects and freebies within our unit. The uniques location and view can't be beat within the Marina Villas and most Bayside units at the resort.  Our Captiva, LLC does not reserve resort specific amenities.

Is there a grill in the unit?

No, there is one outside the unit by the pool. They use charcoal which we do not provide.

Are the washers/dryers inside the unit?

No, there are coin operated washers and dryers located by the pool.

Does this rental include access to a dock?

While our rental does not include access to a dock, you may contact South Seas directly and rent dockage space through the resort.

How far is the beach from Marina Villa?

Less than a 5 minute stroll from the front door.

What beach items are provided?

We provide beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas.
